Demand Reform Now!!

Child support is killing me! I can't understand why the enforcement has to be so harsh. Don't get me wrong.....I know kids have to be taken care of and I believe that child support is necessary but everybody knows that a lot of people abuse the system and use it as a weapon. Some men are out here doing the best they can for their kids before child support but then still get punished by a woman with bad intentions and a bitter heart! There are no questions asked except how much do you make an hour! I've got a friend who got behind in his child support and is in jail now. He had a job but he also had bills like everybody else, and he has other kids to take care of, now he only has more problems! When he comes home he will be even further behind! How do they expect a man to overcome a situation like that? There were times when I had to choose between paying my light bill and getting household supplies or pay child support! I pay $160 a week and I only make $400! When I asked for a small decrease they told me I have to pay $150 just for a judge to see me and there is no guarantee that I will get a reduction! What kind of sense does that make? We need to come together as men and demand reform! Stand up to the government and tell them No More! They take our license away when we get a little behind or throw us behind bars when we are victims of the same economy as everyone else. They try to take the little bit of dignity we have left but I refuse to let them have it! They provide women all sorts of tools to run away from responsibilities with no consequences like abortion clinics and morning after pills. They can leave babies in the hospital and walk away and not be asked for a damn thing! It's not right and I am fed up! I know I'm not the only one! Stand Up and Demand Reform Now!!
